After You're Admitted
Once admitted, you will receive detailed information on orientation and other steps required before you start your first semester. More information for admitted students »
If you are denied admission, you may submit an appeal [PDF]. Ordinarily, students appeal an admission decision in order to bring to light compelling new academic information that was not previously included in their applications, or extenuating personal circumstances that they feel warrant another review of the application. Each appeal is reviewed individually and decisions are based on a very careful overall assessment of the primary and secondary review factors, the applicant’s academic interests, additional information provided in the appeal, and space in the major.
