Masters of Education (MEd)
and license options

Complete a master’s degree from start to finish all online.

Family Education with Parent and Family Education License

Design, deliver, and evaluate family-focused programs for adult learners. If you’re interested in completing your license to teach in early childhood family education programs in Minnesota, you’ll have the option to complete your master’s and license at the same time or earn a standalone license.

Learning Technologies

Learn how to design and facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences in higher education, K-12, non-profit, government, and business contexts. Master of Learning and Talent Development (MLTD)

Learn how to inspire people to be successful in an organizational environment. The Master of Learning and Talent Development (MLTD) program for practitioners who need both knowledge and credentials to support their teams and move forward in their careers. You will be prepared to lead training and development in organizations, assess when various development strategies are needed, and implement and evaluate solutions for organizational change. All courses are asynchronous. You can remain fully employed while completing the requirements for this degree.

University of Minnesota Online

The University of Minnesota Online offers many online courses in a variety of degree programs. Online offerings are available from Crookston, Duluth, Morris, Rochester, and the Twin Cities campuses. Many programs can be completed entirely online. Others combine the benefits of online learning with other types of educational opportunities. The University’s online courses offer the same excellent quality as face-to-face courses but with greater flexibility for both scheduling and learning pace.
